Weekly physical activity sessions


Three physical activity sessions per week are offered to your employees.
Cardio, strength training, relaxation
 live or replay, there’s something for everyone.

Monday 7:00 pm & 7:30 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am & 9:30 am
Friday 12:00 pm & 12:30 pm
Saturday or Sunday every other week
  • Weekend: the weekend session is a relaxation / meditation session.

  • Note: the first session of each time slot is more dynamic, while the second is gentler.

💡 Each participation in a session or a talk earns 30 points!
