Track your challenge data
What is this page for?
The "Challenge" page (My games → challenge name) allows you to track and analyze a challenge from start to finish: its progress, team registrations, your employees' collective performance, their feedback on the game, and its impact on their habits. It is your dashboard to concretely measure the effects of your well-being initiative.
How do I read the timeline?
The timeline at the top of the page outlines the 4 main stages of your challenge. Each stage marked in orange indicates a completed step.
| Registration opens | Your employees can join the challenge and create or join a team. |
| Game starts | Activity tracking begins. |
| Game ends | No further activity is counted. |
| Results published | Rankings are available in the Kiplin app. |
How can I download the rankings?
Three buttons are available at the top right of the page:
- Team rankings → to announce the winning teams
- Individual rankings → to highlight the top contributors
- Players → to access the full list of participants
What do the game statistics mean?
| Number of steps during the game | The total volume of physical activity generated by your employees |
| Distance walked | The conversion of steps into kilometers |
| Distance cycled | The recorded cycling activity |
| COâ‚‚ emissions avoided | The environmental impact of active transportation |
Team participants vs. regular participants
The first number corresponds to employees registered for the challenge. The second refers to those who participated regularly throughout the game. If the gap is significant, it means that some registered participants were not very active—useful insight for adapting your communication for the next challenge.
"Registration timeline" chart
This chart shows, day by day, when your employees registered for the challenge.
You can see the impact of your launch communications and follow-up reminders.
How do I read the surveys?
Surveys are completed directly by your employees within the app throughout the challenge. They provide valuable insights into:
- Their motivations for participating (health, competition, social interaction, etc.)
- Their perception of their health before the challenge (stress, sedentary lifestyle, diet)
- Their willingness to change their habits
This data helps you better understand your employees and adapt your future well-being initiatives.
What is the "before vs. during the game" comparison?
This is the most concrete impact indicator on the page. It compares the physical activity reported by your employees before the challenge with their actual activity measured during the game. A positive percentage means the challenge successfully encouraged your employees to be more active.
How do I read the "What happened to inactive participants?" chart?
This chart focuses on employees who were less active before the game (fewer than 5,000 steps per day). It shows how their activity levels evolved by the end of the challenge, divided into 5 categories ranging from Inactive to Very active. It provides a direct measure of behavior change generated by your challenge.
How do I read the satisfaction data?
| Indicator | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Satisfaction score (/5) | The overall satisfaction level of your participants |
| "Would you like to play again?" | Your employees’ willingness to repeat the experience |
| Perceived benefits | What your employees take away from the Kiplin experience |
| "Did you enjoy the game?" | The perceived quality of the game experience |
