# The “Subscribers” page: track your registered users
#### **What is this page for?**
The **“Subscribers”** page (My subscription → Subscribers) allows you to view the full list of your employees registered on Kiplin. This is the page to use to check who has joined the app, find a specific user, or export the list.
#### **What does the table contain?**
| **Column** | **What you’ll find** |
| --- | --- |
| First name / Last name | The employee’s identity |
| Username | The chosen username |
| Email | The email address used during registration |
| Location / Site | The associated site (if provided) |
| Registration date | The date the employee joined the subscription |
Dashes (—) indicate that the information was not provided by the user.
#### **How do I search for an employee?**
Use the search bar at the top of the table to quickly find an employee by their first or last name, then click **Search**.
#### **How do I download the list?**
The **Download** button at the top right exports the full list of your subscribers.
This is useful for reviewing registrations or identifying employees who have not yet joined the app.
#### **Where can I find the access code?**
**The Kiplin access code** is displayed in the left-hand menu, just below the “My subscription” section. This is the code your employees enter during their first login to join your organization in the app. You can copy it in one click using the button next to the code.
💡 If only a few employees are registered, consider sharing this code again internally via email, your intranet, or posters in your workplace.
