My communication space: create your materials and access the communication kit

What is this space for?

The “My communication space” section (accessible from the left-hand menu) allows you to create and download your communication materials to promote Kiplin to your employees.

It includes two sub-sections: My visuals and My communication kit.

How do I create a customized visual?

The creation process is done in 3 guided steps:

Step 1
Choose a template
Browse the gallery and select the visual that fits your context.
Click “Select this visual” to move to the next step.

Step 2
Customize
Upload your logo.
Edit the poster text if needed.
The game dates and access code are added automatically.

Step 3
Preview and download
Preview your visual and download it (poster, banner, etc.) to share with your employees.

What is the communication kit?

The communication kit gathers all the resources you need to launch Kiplin within your teams: visuals, ready-to-use texts, and practical guides. It is accessible via “My communication kit” in the left-hand menu.
